What type of payments do you accept?

What if I get the outfit and it doesn’t fit?
Simply return it and exchange it for the right one. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
How can you offer better dresses than the other stores?
Our company hand crafts every single dress to offer you the best quality and fabrics on the market.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add clairesmoments@clairesmoments.com to your safe sender list.
How do I get a catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available on our website.
Can I visit your local store?
We do not have a store.
Where are your products made?
100% of our products are hand crafted in Mexico.
Do your sizes run big/small?
The size chart provided shows when you need a different size than normal. We highly recommend following the size chart.
Can you customize colors and sashes?
Yes, we can customize colors and sashes, it will be a special order.
How my dress will be shipping?
It will be shipped from our warehouse in Prosper, Texas in a corrugated box. Our products will be in a zipped garment bag for better protection.
I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?
We can make it just for you! It will be a special order but in your size, color and other changes your need.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and we are here to help. You have 24hrs to cancel without a restocking fee. This does not include special orders.
Can I cancel a special order?
You can cancel, but all special orders have a 20% cancelation fee.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Claire’s Moments ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

How to apply a gift card code or store credit code at check out?
To use a Gift Card code or Store Credit code at check out, go to Step 3: Payment on the check out page. Click the link that says "Use A Gift Card.” Enter your code here and click APPLY GIFT CARD. You will either get a green successful notification or a red unsuccessful notification. If it is successful, you should see the amount deducted from your total under the Payment & Review section. If it is unsuccessful, double check that you entered your code correctly. Remember, codes are case-sensitive. Is the website secure?
Yes, we have McAfee Secure which test and certifies daily to pass the “McAfee Secure” Security Scan.
